I Was Going to Keep This One Private.

I am driving home after a very good day, and I want to tell you something I have not said on the channel.

I love travelling. In my old engineering job I was on a plane every six weeks. After I left it I spent five or six months moving through seven countries. Then in December 2025 I came back to Montreal with exactly one goal, and I have barely left the city since.

The goal was this. The first year and a half of Arabic All The Time was failure after failure, and in December I decided to give it one last serious attempt. Could one person with no company behind him, no investors and no sponsors, build the largest comprehensible input library in Arabic and make it last?

It is working. The videos multiplied, the subscribers came, the emails started arriving, and the motivation went from high to very high. That is the good part.

Here is the part I have not said. The routine I am living is not sustainable. Every hour, every bit of energy and every dollar goes into this, it is never quite enough, and there is always more to do. I do not get to the gym. I do not eat the way I want to. I have not seen my friends properly in months and those friendships have suffered for it.

So I am asking you, honestly. How do I put a limit on this? How do I get back to a life where I can travel and still build this properly? I am better at setting limits than I was at the start. I am still not good at it.

This project feels like a small baby to me and I am afraid to leave it alone for a moment. That fear is the problem.

Tell me in the comments. If you have done this, or you are in the middle of doing it, I want to hear how.
